  • Senior Freeze (Property Tax Reimbursement): This program provides eligible senior citizens and disabled persons with reimbursements for property tax or mobile home park site fee increases on their principal residence. 

  • Stay NJ Property Tax Credit Program: A state-authorized initiative providing property tax relief, which seniors can apply for using the combined application form alongside other state relief programs.
