• ANCHOR (Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters): Offers property tax relief to New Jersey residents—including seniors—who own or rent their primary home, based on specific income and residency requirements. 

• Stay NJ Property Tax Credit Program: A state-authorized initiative providing property tax relief, which seniors can apply for using the combined application form alongside other state relief programs.
