HVAC - All 3 Schools - Replacing 6 HVAC units out of our 33 total number of units will deliver clean, healthy air quality and improve energy efficiency.

Restroom Renovations - All 3 Schools - Improve sanitation, energy and water efficiency through water conserving fixtures, LED lighting, painting, tiling and ventilation upgrades. Renovations are based on the needs of each restroom.

Roof Projects/Soffit Repair - Whiton/BCMS - Replace aging roof sections on the B-wing and Cafeteria at Whiton to improve energy efficiency. Repair courtyard soffits at BCMS to protect against water infiltration.

Emergency Generator-BCMS - A new generator will service critical safety, security, and IT needs with surge protection during power outages.

Aux Gym Bleachers/Stage - BCMS - Replace original bleachers for easier and safer access. Expand the stage to include an addition, along with new lighting, rigging, and a sound system.

MultiPurpose Room & Kitchen - Stony Brook - Add storage in the multipurpose room and replace appliances and equipment for food service preparation and serving line configuration in the kitchen.
